I have signed up for 6 months free for apple tv , I was charged £8.99 from apple I spoke to a sky representative and they told me they are not responsible for that and to change my subscription on on the apple app on my sky account. I have now been logged out of my apple account and will be charged if I sign up again. How do I get my 6 months free put back in place as I only had the account for around 8 days.
