Hi, I got the Sky VIP Silver Apple TV offer email. I clicked the link and went on the sky app and went through everything (new apple account with previously unused email) to be presented with 'you must update your account details with an apple phone or do it on the internet at the provided address.
Did that. Used the activate on the TV and enterred the code on the provided address on the internet.
We now have a one week trial with the tv added to the account.
We did apple support and eventually got a 'does not apply in the UK' form the advisor and then a supervisor.
There seems to be no method to contact sky about this, except this forum.
We could cancel the 1 week subscription and try the link on the tv again - but this might conflict - or we could just try the link on the tv again without cancelling.
Not sure what to do.
Any advice welcome

@MandyLL you could try linking the Sky offer again as from memory when I did this back in December I got the 1 week offer from Apple followed by 6 months from Sky
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
