Have Sky Q and the Apps for Netflix, Prime and Disney work fine. I had 2 days Sucessful streaming on Apple TV and then it stopped. It works on a browser and the subscription is not at issue. When I click an episode on the App it trys to launch and the error message comes up cannot play. I've tried troubleshooting, rebooting, logging out shutting off, nothing helps. Can anyone help?
