Amazon or Netflix Buffering issues

I was having an issues when watching anything on Amazon Prime or Netflix without it buffering.

It was the resolution that needed changing, everything  is working now.

Follow this and hopefully all be sorted. 

To change the picture resolution on your Sky Q box, Navigate to Home > Settings > Setup > Audio visual > Picture resolution. From there, you can select your desired resolution, such as 2160p for Ultra HD.

Options include 2160p (Ultra HD) if your TV supports it, 1080p or 1080i (Full HD), and 720p.. i set mine to 1080i

Thereby getting a worse picture for everything that's a UHD or HDR source?

 

What speed is your broadband connection?
