All4 app issues

Previously, my SkyQ box had All4 catch up, however, the app has vanished and it won't allow me to watch anything on All4.

I tried a different route by going on Catch Up TV,  going down to Channel 4, but then it goes back to the Home Screen and an error comes up saying "we're having trouble reaching this service right now". It has been like this for a few days now 

I have updated my box and it is connected to the internet. I don't know what else to do to make it work?

Sky Q does not have the All4 app or just "Channel 4" as it is now known and never has, it just has a range of curated content from them under the 'Catch up TV' and 'On demand' sections.

The only full PSB apps Sky Q has is BBC iPlayer and itvX.
