All of the apps I used on sky q box, have gone

In past few days, all of apps, for say YouTube, Disney, Apple TV etc have gone. I've done all of the technical stuff, eg; Settings,  0 0 1, select for app refresh etc, no joy and also followed up on other users fixes, no joy. Really annoying especially when I negioated a new package .
