Voice control broken on just ONE mini box

Hi. 
I know how to operate sky and pair the remote etc. 

unpairing Bluetooth holding 7&9 and pairing holding 1&3 (then also connecting to TV)

Changed batteries etc fully understand how to do all of this. Don't need any generic 'change the batteries' or press 1&3 to pair advice. 
also updated the main sky q box. Reset the router, reconnected the box to WiFi etc etc etc 

however just ONE of my mini boxes cannot work the voice control. 
it's been switched off. It's actually had the reset button at the back and the software update under settings. 
everything  tried but voice control ALWAYS gets the "sorry we didn’t quite get that" error. 
when pressing the blue voice button on ANY OTHER box in the house the little 'search bar' at the top of the screen moves quickly from left to right eg rainbow colour yellow purple blue etc as it flows across the screen. 
yet on this one box the whole strip at top of the screen appears in one go.. maybe indicating the voice is not being listened to. 
and as always results in "sorry we didn’t quite get that"

any ideas how to further reset the box?  
ps we have also paired other remotes to that box and even recently received a brand new remote. 
and that one mini boxes cannot operate voice control. 
please don't provide any generic advice (what I've already referred to)

but any specific ways to fully reset or reboot the mini box?

(have already reconnected and restarted multiple times. Fully reactivated etc)

Hi @GD76 

You can reset the mini in the mini box hidden menu.


Reset Settings in the mini  box hidden menu.
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
After the Reset you will have to re pair your Bluetooth remote If you use one.
If you cannot switch the mini box on with the remote after the Reset press the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the box.
To re pair the remote press 1 & 3 together on the remote and follow onscreen instructions to re pair.

Make sure that you are pointing the remote at the mininbox when you press 1 & 3 together..

Thanks for the support but must be a hardware failure.  Did the full reset under the engineer settings. 
when unpairing and pairing the remotes with any other box. I can use the voice control

 

 But when pairing ANY of the 4 remotes with this particular mini box, it doesn't work. 
The 'info' bar (coloured bar) at the top of the screen which appears after pressing the blue voice button doesn't appear in the same style and format as on any other box. 
it lags and they appears in one instant 'pink/red line along the top of the screen. 
on the Working boxes the voice activation light (indicator)  flows left to right changing colour as if it indicates that the system is listening for speech. 
may have to contact Sky. It's a very useful search facility that we often use in the household. 
thanks anyway but full reset didn’t kick the voice recognition into action.
