All my my movie channels are pixelated even though I’m subscribed.

I can't seem to watch any of the movie channels. All others channels and apps are fine.

@alsiedale hi that sounds like a dish misalinement and you need to call sky to have someone come out to check your dish but may i ask is this sky q or sky +as i hope your aware that they dont send out anyone for any sky+ issuses unless you have sky protect if not your have to pay for your own alinement but if sky q your be able to get some one out hope that helps 🙂 😄
