All my channelss on all tvs say no sognal but apparently we have signal

There Was a outside issue a few weeks ago and since we have had a issue and they aren't coming out till 3/7/2024. I cant speak to anyone its all automated service

@Kimg1  If you've already logged a fault and Sky are sending an engineer then I'm not sure what you're asking the forum to do here?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
