All Apps are missing

Any one else having the same problem. 
all apps are no longer there, including Netflix & paramount. If you search for a programme it says you need to subscribe to watch, which I have already done so. This is a recent problem...

We've been watching a program on Atlantic and it's just come up on this as well, even after watching an episode..... i need to upgrade my subscription, to watch the new episode.

That does sound really frustrating, especially if you’ve already been watching content without issue. Just in case—it might be worth double-checking your Sky account online or in the My Sky app to make sure your subscription is still active and that the latest bill went through okay. Sometimes a missed payment or glitch can cause access issues like that.

Try turning the box off & wait 40 seconds & back on at the wall

 

and an App refresh in the settings

 

and a Settings reset

 

and make sure you're subbed to HD or UHD if you are trying to download those versions.
