Agreed new two year contract

agreed two days ago but not heard any more nothing on my acct etc

Hi @LAL1   You are just telling other customers here. You need to chase this with Sky. It is a conincidence that I have just done the same, it was reflected on my account and the My Sky App within a few minutes, although I was told to wait 7 days before checking.

Had to go through the whole process again, was near to cancelling the lot, eventually sorted , £20 less than last 18months and reduced £20 admin fee to £10 so happy at the end. Gave a review asking why they don't look after their 14 year loyal customers. They original advisor had not processed anything, wait two day and then had to do again
