Agreed new two year contract

agreed two days ago but not heard any more nothing on my acct etc

Hi @LAL1   You are just telling other customers here. You need to chase this with Sky. It is a conincidence that I have just done the same, it was reflected on my account and the My Sky App within a few minutes, although I was told to wait 7 days before checking.
