Aerial dish
Hi my dish has snapped off and blown away in the storm.

@AdamBremner You will have to call Sky to report that issue, be aware though that there are not as many installers available now with Sky so it could take a while to get one out to you, it may be quicker to employ a local independent satellite installation company to fix it(that would obviously be at your cost).

I'm not sure that Sky won't charge you their standard £65 callout anyway since the dish is your property once installed.

SKY rarely charge for normal problems - usually only for moving dishes/cabling where it is working (e.g. extensions or use in a different r oom) or where there has been deliberate damage or possibly where a 3rd party such a builder damaged it (in which case the costs would usually be passed on to them) .
