Additional sky q box not working

Problem with additional sky w box in upstairs bedroom. Lost connection last night and sky down stairs still working. Have tried turning  on and off and reboot gets as far as step 2 press and hold untill orange button flashes but it's flashing all the time! Can't get any further....

I have it sorted now thank you. Telephoned Sky who took me through various procedures until it was fixed.
