Hi I signed up for the £35 sky sports deal, that worked the first month but I now seem to be charged an extra £13 for the account, I believe it is for Netflix which i believe was free in the package. How do I cancel this element?
Sounds like the Netflix Premium upgrade from Standard with ads.
The only way to downgrade is to get in touch with Sky, sign in here to get contact options: Change Sky package
LG B6 OLED 55” | LG UP75 LCD 43” | sky Q | sky Q Mini | sky Mobile | sky Soundbox | EE Apple TV 4K | EE Full Works FTTC

It is possible, if you have the SKY UHD add on that taking out SKY Sports has triggered the change for getting Netflix premium that was introduced in late 2023 (I think) where the SKY HD & UHD add ons no longer uplift the Netflix tiers which now have separate 'Boost' options (with additional cost)
