Additional Mini Box asking check your subscription and cannot watch TV
Had a 3rd Mini box delivered. We previously had 2. Setup and connected to Main Q box but saying check your subscription entitles you to view this channel on this box. Any ideas anyone? @Sky

Hi @Darren0805
Have you tried rebooting the main Q box?
To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)
note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.
When the main box is completely back up and running reboot the mini as above.

Yes have done that to the main box. The other mini boxes come on and connect. The additional one connects perfectly but then just gives me the message of check my subscription.

I don't have a solution, but I am having the exact same issue, and have tried all of Sky's recommendations on the help section.
