Adding sky cinema

I don't seem to be able to add sky cinema to my existing package

Hi @nwellard   Are you looking at your products on the My Sky App or website. What exactly is stopping you?

whatever way I try I get no option to add cinemas, just sports, Netflix etc. cinema doesn't seem to be in offers to existing customers

Hi @nwellard   How about on the Sky Q box itself. Home -> My Sky -> Sky Shop. You may have to contact Sky.

I added sky sports and sky cinema popped up
