Accessing Netflix

I'm having trouble accessing Netflix I have an active account through sky but when I try to access through sky app it's in Spanish and I've no idea who the people are

Sounds like your account has been compromised.  You need to contact NetFlix directly to fix it.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
