Main sky box is fine and connected to internet etc. Two boxes in other rooms not working & sky go giving error code 50-9-507.
No support open at this time of day, have rebooted main box despite being connected fine. No difference - nothing else is working. What is causing this?

Hi thanks - we had already trying rebooted, restarting and reconnecting every box and even the router.
no difference, still not able to watch on any box but main one.
