3rd box still freezing

Have now had 3 sky q boxes latest and yesterday and yet again it's frozen

Then the problem is likely to be a signal distance.

Not if the entire box has locked up though?

Now on 5th box. Engineer  coming again today ( 3rd visit) to install a new dish  to see if that hflps

@Bobbles12  I'm guessing there is nothing stacked on top of the box or below it and its in an open space thats well vented.

 

Have you also tried a different plug socket ?
