Hi
I have apple+ tv which I have cancelled and is due to finish on the 24th June. My question is, if I take up the 3 months free offer will that start immediately or will it start after my current subscription finishes. Obviously I'd like to carry on until the 24th before taking up the offer but I don't know how long the offer will be on for. TIA

The offer states that it is for new and returning customers so you may need to wait before activating the 3 months free from Sky. There's nothing stopping you from claiming it now though - you will be sent an activation code which has to be redeemed within 30 days so you can wait until after the 24th before activating your 3 months.

Re: 3 months apple tv
just tried this as was interested, it will not let me even create and account as cannot even get the Payment option to apear, i fill out all the fields, then email verification then get to Payment and all i have is "Back" or "Continue" on the website or phone, hit back and have to verifie email again, cannot go forward So no account even gets created so cannot log inafter and give a Payment option. Bit stupid this to offer this and Not even work,
I wouldn't even bother
This is why Apple is Bad

Fair comment @M.S.T it does work as I've redeemed the offer on numerous occasions mines due to expire in 8 days

Wouldn't buy an Apple TV box as I'm not a fan of apple devices but each too their own I guess
I can log into my account on my Samsung phone via the web browser and watch AppleTV that way or use the AppleTV + app via smart tv or FiretvStick or Sky Q box.

The only way I could get the sign up to work was use Chrome on my phone, all other Android browsers fail and all browsers on my Windows laptop wouldn't work with the page.
It seems to be a well known problem that Apple can't be bothered to fix.

In what way are Apple terrible? I've successfully claimed several free trials of Apple TV+ over the past few years without any issue and have found their service to contain some of the best quality drama series of recent years. Slow Horses, Dark Matter, The Morning Show, Masters Of The Air, Sugar, Severance, For All Mankind, Hijack, Silo, Blackbird, and Bad Sisters have all been superb and all provided in 4K with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos for free, thanks to these various trials.
If you are still having trouble setting up a payment method for your Apple ID, try following the methods listed here:
