Adding multiroom

Trying to add multiroom to my account via the app, the only option is to add to basket, I've clicked that about 10 times but can't see a basket on the app to continue and nothing else happens when I click add to basket. So confused with how to continue

For Sky Q, where you've posted, it's Multiscreen. You can call Sky and an agent can add it. Remember, subscribing to Multiscreen doesn't automatically add a Sky Q mini box so if that's why you're taking out Multiscreen you'll need to order the mini box(es) as well.
