3 Mobile 5G not connecting to Sky Q

Have Sky Q with 3 Mobile 5G hub all working find until 23rd Sept 2023. Broadband working fine all around the house accept Sky Q won't connect no matter what we try! Sky called & mentioned a possible 3 mobile update which was the problem. Tried everything but with no luck! Sky ended the call with no solution but did send out a new Sky Q box!

I'm having the exact same problem,  my 3 broadband has been working fine up until 14 days ago and all of a sudden it disconnected from my Sky Q box, but everything else is connected fine, the engineer came out today and tried everything but nothing worked he even tried a new Sky Q box, but it still wouldn't connect,  we now have to watch apps via our smart TV and use Sky TV to record programmes which is a pain....Sky have basically said there's nothing more they can do !!! My question now is,  should I try changing to 5G or a different broadband company all together  ? Please help as my wife is now giving me grief.......!!!
