2025 The Frame TV causing issues with Sky Q mini boxes
I have had Sky Q (main, plus 2 mini's) for about 7 years now with no issues. I purchased a new 2025 55" Samsung The Frame TV and now both mini boxes are massively laggy and often drop out completely. The main Sky Q box is fine. I've disabled all settings I can think of on the TV and it made no difference - that is until I disable the network. Be it wired or WiFi, when the network is connected it causes havoc with the mini boxes. The second I disable the network the mini boxes are great again. I've checked for software updates on both TV and Sky Q but this hasn't helped. I tried putting the HDMI into hdmi 3, tried enhanced input turned on and off, CEC is off, power saving off, etc. Just the second that the network is turned on, both boxes turn to mush! It's not an IP address conflict as they are well apart from each other. HDMI cables have been changed to high quality, high speed ones but no difference. Does anyone have any additional suggestions?
