SkyQ box stuck on one channel

I have been away for 2 weeks. On my return the home screen displays live current picture for the last channel  i was watching but remote has no effect. It eventually displays picture full screen but cannot change with remote. Have tried turning off at the mains (last time overnight). Can restart by using button on box but still the same channel. How can I reset?

Hi @andy771   It sounds like your remote has lost its pairing with the box.
