2 queries, 1 for billing, 1 for returns

I have received returns package which requests return of sky Q hub. But I also have reuter with cables. Do you require that returned, as not enough package included for that aswell. Also £66.00 has been deducted by you and when I tried to see online what that is for, access is restricted. Please help. Thank you.

You're not talking to Sky, this is a customer helps customer forum.  You'll need to speak with Sky direct to answer account specific questions.  I'll escalate this for you so that they open an online chat with you.
