2 TB box

I am disabled and had to have a new extension, so my wifi signal was poor. I had 2 very good engineers from sky visit a few weeks ago. The issues where all sorted. I also mentioned that i had 3 sky q miniboxes in my house and only a 1 TB main box. They very kindly swapped my main box for a 2 TB box. 
The new box is not registered and so the wrong box is showing on 'my sky' app. Sky go will not connect to the new box. Im not paying anymore. Can anyone from Sky help please

Hi @joschuwa4126   No, this is a public community forum. Please see Welcome below. However, hopefully some of your fellow customers may be to offer some suggestions. You can safely ignore what it says in the My Sky App. Mine shows just one Mini box and nothing else. I in fact have a Main box and two Mini boxes.
