Usually happens overnight, but has frozen mid day as well. Unresponsive with red and green light on, only power reset works which may fix for a day or so.
Tried, turning off 2.4 and 5GHz wireless, making sure lots of recording space, tried all the standby modes (None/Active/Eco) and "reset settings" option from the engineer menu. The Sky Q box is hardwired to 1gb internet worked fine for 3 years.
Signal strength fluctuates between 70 and 80
Signal quality 90
LNB type Wideband
Software version Q210.000.06.03L (5k4107v)
Hardware Version 32B206
Feels pretty terminal at this point, unless anyone has an idea.

Quite possibly, yes. Sky will almost certainly just swap-out the hardware by courier: make sure you remove the viewing card first.

New box on the way by courier, exactly as you said. Hopefully, it resolves, even if it doesn't I can start looking at the environment outside the sky Q.

Box swapped. Seems resolved. It was actually 1TB box not 2TB. I did notice on the old box, calcuting by extrapolation, it only took about 500GB of recordings for it to register 100% full. On the replacement this seems to be up to 700GB not sure if this is relevant tbh.
