We have sky q which up until recently allowed us to watch the Discovery + app, it now says unavailable due to incorrect pass contact provider which is a joke
I understand this was a free pass from sky but not worth a lot if you can't watch it, it will not even play on mobile or tablet
yes we have done the standard unplug etc got new activation code and deleted cookies but still nothing you can't even upgrade it any ideas welcome
