Video doorbell

I've just gotten the sky protect video doorbell but how do I turn off motion detection sounds? The doorbell goes off everytime sosmome walks past and it's extremely annoying. I've went to setting to turn it off however it keeps switching itself back on. Can anyone help?

In the Sky Protect app, under setting, click on Chime sounds.

There are two sound options.

One is the Chime sounds, for a doorbell press.

The other is Motion detection alerts, click on the button to turn off the motion alert sound.
