Pin number

I'm a new skymcipustomer and programme I want to watch is asking for my PIN number which I havnt been given anyone able to point me in the right direction please help?

On what device is this hapening on so is it Sky Q, Sky Glass or Stream or Sky Go ?

Hey @Ansie 
Sky pins mostly take the form of the last four digits of your viewing card number or "0000." If those don't work, you can reset the pin either using the Sky settings menu or through the Sky online account. If problems persist, contact Sky customer support for assistance.
