My policy was cancelled on 26/11/2024 but payments are still being taking out of my account

Hi l cancelled my policy on 26/11/2024 when l cancelled my sky they told me that they would cancel my sky protect & was told they had also cancelled my sky protect  but there is still payments being taken out of my account

You will need to contact Sky Protect (Domestic and General Insurance). It's nothing to do with Sky itself.,

You need to call sky protect, domestic and general  about a this and my i  ask why you have left it for so long
