Insurance claim

My mobile device was lost on 9th Feb I have reported the sky insurance about the mobile lost and claimed about the mobile lost on 11th Feb and I didn't get any confirmation mail about the status or request about .can you please provide about the status of request submitted

Be sure to call Sky Insurance directly for an update regarding the status of your claim. Check your junk or spam folder once again maybe you missed emails and confirm that they hold the correct contact information. If you still don't have a reply, then reach out to them by calling customer service or checking your account for updates on your claim.
