Ring doorbell has become disconnected from chime

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTurn the Chime off, by removing the plug and leave off for about ten minutes.
During that time, tuen the doorbell switch off at the back, under the flap, where you recharge with a usb cable.
Turn Chime back on and let it connect up to router, with blue light.
Turn the doorbell switch back on and it should reconnect.
If not, have a look at the troubleshooting for doorbell not connecting in the Sky Protect app under Support or ?

Please verify the Wi-Fi settings and ensure that both devices are operating on the same network; you will be able to reconnect the ring doorbell to the Chime. Restart both of these devices and re-sync them using the ring application. If this does not help, then reset the Chime and set it up again on the app.
