Have just been doing some firmware updates on my doorbell camera and chime box. I didn't realise there was an order the firmware updates needed to be done. So I have updated the doorbell camera first and now cannot update the chime box, it keeps failing every time. This has now made the doorbell completely unusable.

In the Sky Protect app there is a dedicated live help chat which can help diagnose the issue. You can find it by using the support button at the bottom of the "Help & Support" section within the app and then using the "Send us a message".
