Hello
I'm trying to change my address on my sky protect account.
I changed the address on all my sky services in January but they haven't updated sky protect, and there is no option to change it online on the sky protect website.

I'd suggest phoning the Claims number here: they should be able to redirect to general customer service.

Is that Device Insurance or Building & Contents?
The latter can't be just an address change, because premiums may be drastically different depending on the new location.
Sky subscription service (broadband/television/mobile) isn't actually directly linked to the insurance products: they are separate business.
