Cannot connect sensors

I have been sent the tech bundle tonight. I have managed to set up the door bell and internal camera. However for the last two hours I have tried unsuccessfully to set up the other sensors. Followed to tips re the bridge and resetting but no joy. Any tips?

Assuming your indoor camera and bridge are showing blue lights?
If not and showing yellow lights they will need reconnecting.

 

You can try rebooting the indoor camera, even if it has a blue light.

Do this from the app, select indoor camera, click on the gear button top right, scroll down and click on the reboot button. It can take a minute or so for this. After, the indoor camera has a blue light again, connect the bridge by removing and attaching it, waiting for the blue light.

Then, connect your sensors again, by removing them from the app and setting them up again.
