Sky Protect indoor camera

Hi all

Just received the new Sky Protect equipment and when going thru the setup

 

1. Light flashing ok (setup button) 

2. Entering WiFi password ok

3. Scan the QR code ok

 

The app then does a count down and half way thru said completed setup, but the countdown continues and then times out with an error that it can't find the Internet!

 

I'm on Virgin Media which channel merges the 2.4 and 5ghz channels

 

Can anyone help or suggest anything?

I have the same. I've reset my router. I've set it to 2.4hz only. Just times out over and over. It did work for about 2 days then nothing. Now I can't use any of the other sensors.  So far I'm not overly impressed with any of this kit.

Same over two weeks and Sky tec can not resolve

Total experience is the worst ever I am on my second set in 5 months only the indoor camera works but now thi has stopped again. My doorbell will not connect when I close.my front door it is a glass and metal frame but cannot use it the motion sensor.cannot connect and the leek sensors will not connect but beep all the time and no leek. The customer service is hopless and staff rude I have had a terrible experience and so expensive and no help what so ever. I have give up trying to get there help they treat you as if your an idiot and don't believe what you tell them so forget this service.
