Can’t register second user

I have recently signed up for Sky Protect, recieved all the Tech and set up quite easy. Unfortunatly unable to get my wife onto the stsyem. Just states her

"invitation pending" Online chat not been any help and tech help failed to to call back two days running.

Beging to wonder if it all worth while??

Has your wife checked that she hasn't been sent an activation email of which she has to clock the link in it ?
