My camera won't connect to the internet. I have the required 2.4 GHz, I tried restarting the camera, but it doesn't help. I have a yellow-blue light on the back. What else can I do?

Hello everyone , the camera works 😎😎😎, I am ashamed to write where the error was, but it is only my fault. During the installation, you need to enter the password and it would seem obvious and i can't go wrong here, let's say once. In my case, the password entered automatically, but not the password to the internet, but the password to the smart home application,I don't know why I didn't notice it and didn't associate it that it was wrong. But it happened. Today I decided to enter everything from scratch including the password and suddenly it dawned on me and I noticed my mistake. I am very sorry to all of you for involving you in such a simple matter and thank you again for your help

@marianek Did you go through the whole set up process? Did this just start happening and have you been able to connect to the indoor camera before?

I tried to go through the entire process according to the instructions and every time, after scanning the barcode, there was no connection and the blue and yellow lights flashed. I did this 20 times

I installed the doorbell the day before and no problems

If it's not connecting, and is flashing yellow and blue as you mention, try this;
Go into go the app and remove the indoor camera under the devices.
Power off and on the indoor camera and keep on power.
At this stage do not try connecting, but press and hold the indoor camera setup button on the base for at least 20-30 seconds until you hear it click, then let go of the setup button and let it refresh after approx a few seconds. This resets the indoor camera to default.
Your indoor camera should then start flashing yellow.
Restart your broadband router/hub. This is needed, so do not skip this stage.
run the indoor camera setup using the app prompts from scratch.
Would suggest doing the indoor camera setup about five to six feet from the router, not any closer or further away if you can.

@marianek Sounds like you are having trouble reading the QR code. Is it too bright in the room that you are trying to do this, it can be a bit of pain to get it to read.

So far I have been brightening it and not darkening it, but the voice says that your code has been scanned and please wait a moment, but this moment lasts forever

I did it today and it's still the same. It's fine until the code is scanned. After scanning, I get a message saying "Code scanned, please wait," and that's it. The blue and yellow LEDs start flashing. There's no internet connection. I believe I received a faulty camera at this point

Within the app, click on the ? top right, there is an email address and call number.
Go through with them all you have tried. It may be as you surmise, a faulty camera not registering.

I chatted with a consultant and he promised to help the smart home team via email as soon as possible. I also thank you for your help and will let you know when the issue is resolved.
