Sky smart home indoor camera doesn’t record
I have just recently got the indoor camera and ring door bell. The ring door bell works fine and records but the indoor camera doesn't record. It only shows live feed. I've disconnected it and reconnected it, I've rebooted it, I've updated it and set the armed activity zone but it still doesn't record.

The indoor camera only records when you are away from your home and arming is enabled (either in auto or manual arming mode) when an armed event happens.

My indoor camera is manually armed and no recording/clips. I have rebooted and have full signal and live feed with activity zone set and motion sensitivity set. Jumping up and down in front and nothing records. Sky said must be hardware fault and sent replacement, same issue, no recording.
