Hi Had my door bell for 3 days. It's never catches anyone. Notifies me 4 mins later that someone WAS at the door. Signal is good even though it's within 1 m and separated by one wall which is a new build wall so not solid stone. Anyone have any ideas. Tried all the resets etc. It just can't compete with my cheap Chinese £13 fully wireless door bell.
Tried support but can't get through and chat cuts me off.
Looking like another unsatisfied customer who will be returning if it can't be resolved
