My smart doorchime arrived yesterday, spent over an hour talking to 3 different people from sky. Last person suggested watching YouTube videos as that's what she was doing.i cannot sync, don't have a spare portal in router. I can't believe they are selling a product they cannot help with. Thinking of just sending it back.
