Sky door bell

Hi I cant turn up 5ne volume or change the sound on my chime.i can't find the settings in  my app  or devices. Could someone please send me a description or illustrations of the app so 8 can see what to do.sky help are useless I've been trying for over a week with their so called help team.thank you.

In the Sky Smart Home app.

Click on the doorbell camera.

Click on the settings cog top right.

Scroll down to Chime sounds and click on that to change the chime sounds and choose the different types of chimes available.
