I'm still very confused regarding the conversation with sky protect.
I called up today hoping to swap a phone on the policy to my new phone, so still keeping 3 mobile phones insured. I was told no, unless you add a forth device, I said no I just have the three phones and just looking to swap one over, again told no you can't unless you add a forth device at an extra cost. I'm baffled!
My only option was to cancel the policy as I don't want to add a forth device and they wouldn't allow me to insure three.
I feel like I've been scammed when I've been paying this insurance for three devices for so long and they wouldn't let me continue to do that.
Does this seem right? Hoping I can't find an email for a better explanation.
