SMART DOORBELL
I HAVE RECIEVED MY SMART DOORBELL AND THE CAMERA KEEPS COMING LOOSE FROM THE FIXING PLATE WHEN THE DOOR IS SHUT. THE CLIP IS NOT SNAPPED BUT DOES NOT HOLD THE CAMERA IN PLACE...

@ROB19782 Are you clipping it from the top and then allowing it to clip in the bottom?

It can seem a bit tricky at first to seat correctly in the cradle
It is best to angle up the doorbell first when placing in the cradle, so top of doorbell goes in first, then ease in the bottom of the doorbell, you should then hear a click.
Be careful taking it off, when you have to charge it. Push up the clip at the bottom of the cradle with the tool supplied or something like a small head screwdriver, pushing the clip up slightly with one hand and pull off the doorbell from the bottom with your other hand.
It can seem quite tight at first, do not try to force the clip. It does tend to loosen up easier overtime.
