Cannot complete your order

Whenever I try to enquire or buy either smart home equipment, or to upgrade to Sky Glass gen 2 or even to start a swap on my phone, I get the message "we cannot complete your order"... it the asked me to get in touch.... that obviously only sends me to the FAQ pages.... any ideas????

Is that just for  Sky protect?? I think my issue is with ver everything?? I've tried deleting and re installing the app.... it also has the same issue online

That is just for Sky Protect so you call them to see what they say.
