My indoor camera is not letting me view when I'm oit and constant on 10%

Mine is also doing the same and I cant view it on mobile data either ie when out of the house

Not great is it I'm gonna ring them tried re booting but nothing when I leave the house the sensors work and sensors cameras ok but camera no

I literally have the doorbell and camera but no sensors but read thst I may need a sensor bridge but been 3 different cameras and none of them record motion or sound or can watch them remotely
