Indoor camera internet problems

The indoor camera seam to have e a problem with the Internet conection.  Whenever I am outside and my phone is connected to another Internet or mobile date I can not see the indoor camera in the home witch is connected to my broadband. 

Anyone else has this problem.?

@Nicoleta02  Is the light on the back of the indoor camera flashing or is it a solid colour?
