Cancelling Sky Protect Mobile Phone Insurance

I have 2 Samsung mobiles currently through Sky, both with Sky Protect insurance (domestic and general supply it l believe).

1 of the mobiles an S24, is no longer being used by my son as his work requires an iPhone for their apps they use so he has now got his own iPhone contract.

I am still paying for the S24 until the plan is done just to have a mobile for my daughter when she goes into high school but I no longer want to pay the monthly insurance for the S24 as it is just going to be sitting in a drawer. I can't seem to find the option online to cancel the insurance plan though and it keeps telling me to call Sky, which I also can't do because I am completely deaf! Had anyone been able to cancel early and if so how did you do it? I can't call them.

@KHP81

You, or someone on your behalf, need to call Sky Protect, not Sky. Your insurance documents or emails should have a phone number to call. I successfully cancelled mine last year.
